Location : South Pattaya Walking Street near Pattaya beach is one of the most famous street in Thailand if you are looking for fun. It is at the very centre of the night life scene in Pattaya, 1000 metres of bars, gogo bars, restaurants, nightclubs and of course the girls! Walking Street truly offers something for everyone, crazy bars, live music bars, restaurants to suit every taste, even bars full of lady boys for those that way inclined. Add to the mix the street stalls, souvenir shops, street entertainers and you can understand why it is Pattaya's number one tourist attraction. As with the whole of Pattaya open air beer bars and complexes abound but as of February 2008 there were over 50 enclosed air conditioned bars to allow you to cool down even if they do mean you cannot sit and watch the circus come to town. How to get there : From Bangkok, take Motor Way (Bangkok-Chonburi Rd.), drive along Sukhumvit Rd., pass Si Racha and Banglamung districts until km 147 marker. You will reach the route to South Pattaya.
